    With the Bi Luo Chun ("Spring Green Snail"), the final process is pan baking (the Chinese method). This tea is one of China's most famous teas - possibly thanks to the delicate spirals they're rolled into? Or... might it be the lightly sweet tea liquor with a nuttiness to it?
