Origin: 

Zhu Shan, Nantou County, Taiwan.

Introduction: 

A very special tea, our Milk Oolong uses well selected, high quality Taiwanese Jin Xuan tea, a special variety of the tea bush, which has a naturally sweet, creamy flavour and buttery mouthfeel, present even on the 4th or 5th steep. 

Brew Guide:

Per cup: 1 tsp  90°C  4 minutes

Can be infused up to 3 times.
For oolongs we prefer the gong fu method of brewing, using a larger amount of leaf and shorter gradually increasing steeping times of 30 seconds.
