Oolong tea is semi-oxidized and brings a variety of flavors. Our Milk Oolong is one the higher oxidation spectrum, with a naturally sweet, creamy, and buttery flavor, present even on the 3rd infusion. This tea contains only high-quality Taiwanese Jin Xuan tea, a special variety of the tea bush. 🌿
Per cup: 1 tsp 90°C 4 minutesYou can infuse this tea up to 3 times.
For oolongs we recommend the gong fu method of brewing, using a larger amount of leaf and slowly increasing steeping times to 30 seconds.
