We use only spring harvested Da Bai (Big White) leaves, each pearl being one bud and one leaf. They are hand picked from our tea bushes in Fuding, steamed and then rolled by hand. Our Jasmine Dragon Pearls are scented naturally with freshly opened jasmine flower buds 5 times ensuring the aroma persists after many infusions.

Production of our Premium Jasmine Pearls begins in early spring, when the hand-picked leaf buds are steamed then meticulously hand-rolled and dried. Following this the rolled tea pearls are stored until the summer when the jasmine flowers begin to blossom. At this point, the tea pearls are scented with fresh jasmine blossoms over five consecutive evenings.
The resulting fragrant pearl unravels in water, releasing a persistent yet not overpowering jasmine aroma in a smooth, lightly sweet liquor. The majority of jasmine tea is artificially scented, but ours uses this natural and traditional method, capturing the delicacy of the jasmine flower without overwhelming the sweet, creamy softness of the white tea.
