A tea with royal notes of citrus, honey blossom, and chestnuts.
Fujian province, China.
Green tea requires special care when handling to not break the leaves. The young buds and leaves are hand-picked and left to bask in the sun. 🍃
With the Bi Luo Chun ("Spring Green Snail"), the final process is pan baking (the Chinese method). This tea is one of China's most famous teas - possibly thanks to the delicate spirals they're rolled into? Or... might it be the lightly sweet tea liquor with a nuttiness to it? Either way, this tea will surely impress your royal taste buds! 👑
