Green tea requires special care when handling to not break the leaves. The young buds and leaves are hand-picked and left to bask in the sun. 🍃
With the Fujian Maojian, the final process is pan baking (the Chinese method), to give the tea its twisted shape and dark green color. It is a perfect example of delicate Chinese green tea with a very light liquor and floral aroma. Serve it to people you want to impress! 🤩 -
