Organic Matcha 1kg
Notes of umami, freshly cut grass and a light sweetness.

Kyoto, Mie and Nara, Japan.
Introduction:
Our Organic Matcha is made from shade grown gyokuro leaves which have their stems removed and are then stone ground to a fine powder. A perfect tea for everyday consumption when whisked with water and is also great when used in smoothies, baking, on cereal or mixed with milk for a matcha latte.
Brew Guide:
Per cup:1 ½ tsp 70°C whisk for 15 seconds
Sift 1.5 tsp of matcha into a small bowl. Whisk with a small amount of water. Once mixed, add 100ml more water and whisk in a "W" shape to form a froth. Sit, take your time, take in your surroundings and enjoy.
