    🌏  Origin
Gande Town, Anxi, Fujian province, China.
  • Oolong tea is semi-oxidized and brings a variety of flavors. Our Organic Iron Goddess of Mercy (Tie Guan Yin) is a rare find as very few teas in this region are certified organic, adhering to the strict pesticide and farming controls. 🧺

This tea is obtained through traditional Tie Guan Yin tea-making techniques, where 2 to 3 half matured leaves are handpicked and then rolled into tight balls. The leaf is 30% oxidized, by firstly bruising the leaves in a bamboo drum and then allowing them to rest and gradually wither. The tea brews a bright, golden-colored liquor with a light floral fragrance and sweet long-lasting after taste. 🌿

  • Per cup: 1 tsp  90°C  4 minutes

You can infuse this tea up to 3 times.

For oolongs we recommend the gong fu method of brewing, using a larger amount of leaf and slowly increasing steeping times to 30 seconds.

    For the Summer!

Brew tea as per the brewing instructions and flavour with honey to taste. Let cool. Serve on ice with a stainless steal straw.
